have all made clear that these are tools that make centralized control easier and

control using "wanted children" as a banner for eugenics -- to the developing world
in the post-War era while Nelson Rockefeller would play a significant role in
consolidating agriculture and increasing the world food supply. John D. Rockefeller
III's Agricultural Development Center would be another player.
Authors Farrell and de Hart, also
citing heavily from F. William Engdahl, point not only to an agenda to keep the
population in check while creating new oligarchs of global farming and seed
control, but an empire -- one that the Rockefeller Foundation sketched out ahead of
WWII in its sponsored Council on Foreign Relations War and Peace study that cast
the United States as the new imperial giant, with the British Empire "passing the
torch" and the U.S. controlling former colonies through economic schemes (i.e.
World Bank, IMF, regional banks, et al.).
As if this weren't far reaching
enough, the Rockefellers have also pursued genetic modification to socially
engineer mankind. GMO foods were a clear goal, according to Farrell and de Hart,
who claim the family "realized that 'science would eventually come to control the
fundamental processes of biology' [that] those associated with 'the Rockefeller
institutions saw it as the ultimate means of social control and social engineering,
eugenics.' To this end, the Rockefeller Foundation invested hundreds of millions of
dollars in the 1980s, both directly and indirectly, to sponsor genetic research
into food crops."
Further, as "The Molecular Vision of
Life: Caltech, The Rockefeller Foundation, and the Rise of the New Biology"
details, the Rockefeller family funded massive genetic research at numerous
university departments in the aim of mastering the "Science of Man," which would
allow new applications in human contraceptives, sterilization procedures, gene
targeting, endocrinology, hormonal and glandular techniques, biophysics,
biochemistry and more.

and easy to use neural recording devices" aka a cheap EEG brain electrical activity
recording smart app "to allow widespread use by schools and average citizens"
because "having EEGs in every classroom in America would engage students in science

and with it "students could record their own brain activity and download the data
to their iPad" right there in the classroom!

Things are way beyond just traffic
cameras... The average city intersection is jammed with so much surveillance
technology, that it would be difficult to even sort out what is what.
During a couple intersections we
observed, there were not only eye-in-the-sky cameras, but angles of every direction
of traffic, plus several antennas relying data to the authorities, a red light
camera photographing license plates and generating revenue, and what
else?
Well, just what are some of these
other traffic gizmos? We saw one shaped like a bell... a spotlight... and several
small white boxes... and more on the road.
Meanwhile, the news is discussing
things like gunshot detection (and conversation monitoring) microphones on city
streets, and sophisticated mesh networks that have been found to collect cell phone
location data from passing cars at collection sites situated at numerous major city
intersections... in turn relaying real time surveillance and location data to a
network of law enforcement agencies, as well as Fusion Centers operated by Homeland
Security and the FBI. Just think what the combination of real time cell location
data, combined with traffic light monitoring of license plates could accomplish...
and don't forget that Homeland Security is continuing to phase in "intelligent"
street lights with two-way communications, monitoring, live-time behavior
correction and even state-sponsored propaganda announcements.
Somehow, this is bound to be just
scratching the surface. We now live in 1984, and beyond 1984 in a
total-surveillance panopticon fed by grass-roots "sousveillance" user-generated
data as well as top-down police and city camera and location data.

It's here. We're finally starting to
see the electronic big brother control grid of the technocrats' wildest dreams
being rolled out. Because the gas tax is no longer viable, you know, what with all
the fuel-efficient hybrids and electric cars on the roads out there. Now the only
possible solution the system and its minions can apparently come up with is to
track us all everywhere we go and tax us for each and every mile we
drive.
Classic problem — reaction —
solution.
Although this is starting on a
volunteer basis in Oregon, they are beta testing it before it becomes mandatory.
Some 28 other states are currently working on similar plans, and the federal
government has its own nationwide version as well. As we've said before, it's like
we're living in the period just before every dystopic future movie you've ever seen
(in this case, "In Time" immediately comes to mind).
According to the official Oregon DOT
website (myorego.org), this is "a fair and sustainable way to fund road
maintenance, preservation and improvements for all Oregonians."
Check that site out and read between
the lines. Just... Wow. Guess we'll be a really "efficient, sustainable" society,
but we won't be a very free one.

Background on Technocracy:
